New Bedford Police Department Announces First Comprehensive Annual Report

For the first time, the New Bedford Police Department has published a comprehensive Annual Report highlighting the department’s work and accomplishments throughout 2025.

The 52-page report provides an inside look at our department, including crime statistics, community policing, specialized units, accountability efforts, and behavioral health partnerships. It also recognizes the dedicated personnel who serve and have served our city.
