BaySox honor first responders June 29

What’s even better than a summer night at the ballpark?

A night when the BaySox honor hometown heroes.

The team will salute police and fire employees and EMTs Thursday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. when the BaySox take on the Newport Gulls at Paul Walsh Field, 543 Maxfield St.

All first responders and their families will be admitted free. Mayor Jon Mitchell is scheduled to throw out the first pitch.
