Lt. Scott Carola’s artwork showcased at Gallery X
Lt. Scott Carola is a man of many talents. In addition to working as a detective in the New Bedford Police Department, he is also a highly skilled and respected artist.
His work is on display through Sept. 30 at Gallery X, 169 William St. as The Frederick Douglass Memorial Invitational Series proudly presents the Artwork of Scott Carola.
The gallery will be open during the William Street Neighborhood Festival from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday Sept. 15 and Wednesdays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Lt. Carola is a lifelong resident of New Bedford. Over the past several years he has re-ignited his passion for artwork and honed his skills as a pencil artist, working in graphite, colored pencil and pastel.
